(14) A false Out of the Body Experience

Today I had what I thought was an Out of The Body Experience (OBE) but it wasn't.

I felt an OBE starting, I was on a space ship and it hit an asteroid belt. The ship was losing control and I slammed into the ceiling of the ship and I could feel the pressure. Then I came back to myself, I felt so heavy and I didn't feel my body at all especially my legs. I decided to try it again, I was totally relaxed as I said I didn't feel my body at all, I began to breath in a rhythm, then I started to OBE again but couldn't float up, so I decided to slowly slip out onto my side.

I couldn't see anything at first so I decided to open my third eye, it slowly started to open, the third eye turned into goggles (funny), I took the goggles off and I saw myself (as I thought) laying down, it really didn't look me and at one point I wasn't laying upright but to my side, then at one point I looked again then I was laying upright. I was out standing what looked like my living room. I decided to walk out the front door, I said to myself I could walk thought it since I am on an OBE, but I couldn't, I opened the door manually, went out the hall and started to walk downstairs, met up with a neighbor, he looked at me strangely and kept going.

I looked outside the hallway window and saw a beautiful town, hilly with beautiful homes and large ponds. I decided to fly out the window and did, I started to fly and I was going over a large pond, I looked to my right and saw what looked like a prom going on, girls and boys dressed very nicely the girls in gowns and the boys in suits. I looked to my left and saw a girl and boy dancing just above the water. I was losing momentum in my flying and before I hit the water I decided to come back or wake up.

This was a lucid dream not an OBE, a very elaborate one at that.
