This is an e-mail I wrote to my sister Abigail concerning my mother.
My mother Mercedes is 90 years old and I have always wondered why she knew things that I was trying to hide from her, not items but thoughts.

Today I will be going to this Spiritualist Church in Manhattan, its in a nice area and I invited Annie to go with me to check it out.
I told mom that I was going to church today at 4:30, and she asked me "what kind of church is it", I told her its an all denominational church. This is where her psychic abilities came in, she told me that its a "Spiritualist Church", I was kinda shocked but I would of expected that from her since she is in fact clairvoyant. One day she she told me, and this is before everything started to happen to me, and I didn't know what to tell her. She said "It feels like bugs in my scalp are moving down", and it happened twice that she told me this. She told me that she told you and you told her "maybe its bugs", I laughed.
When I found out about Chakra's and started meditating my crown chakra started to activate and it in fact felt like bugs crawling down from the top of my head, this is in fact a cleansing process, as I have read. A light bulb went off in my head, "mom's crown chakra has been activating without any meditating at all". Does your crown chakra activate, if yes you know what I mean. My 3rd eye chakra activates all the time, I know what the 3rd eye chakra is but I will tell you some other time, if you don't already know.
So I said to myself "mom needs to be protected, she is being left wide open to psychic negative energies", I decided to talk to mom's spirit guide and wrote down in Spanish so mom can read it out loud "spirit guide I give permission to my son Freddie to make decisions for me as far as protection and my well being" and she did. So I talked to mom's guide and told her guide that my mother doesn't understand what is going on with her and that I want to be able to help protect her by placing protection white light bubbles around her and to help her manage her chakras and help to ground herself" so I have been doing that for some time now. Mom doesn't say anymore to me that someone is kissing her or touching her anymore. I told mom if they are good they can do that, I wonder if those kisses and touching came from dark energies since she isn't experiencing it anymore.
Anyway, mom didn't want me to go to the church, she thinks it has to do something with Santeria, why is it that Hispanic people especially Puerto Ricans think that if your psychic or a psychic medium your automatically into Santeria. She told me "mi abuela era Medium (my grandmother was a medium)" I couldn't believe my ears. I said "she was" I asked her "how do you know about mediums", she said "I know". Its funny about the story she tells me about her grandmother Vera, you have to ask her, I won't go into it.
I know we are all psychic in a way, but we are more than so. Mom gets it from her grandmother and we get it from mom.

(14) A false Out of the Body Experience
Today I had what I thought was an Out of The Body Experience (OBE) but it wasn't.
I felt an OBE starting, I was on a space ship and it hit an asteroid belt. The ship was losing control and I slammed into the ceiling of the ship and I could feel the pressure. Then I came back to myself, I felt so heavy and I didn't feel my body at all especially my legs. I decided to try it again, I was totally relaxed as I said I didn't feel my body at all, I began to breath in a rhythm, then I started to OBE again but couldn't float up, so I decided to slowly slip out onto my side.
I couldn't see anything at first so I decided to open my third eye, it slowly started to open, the third eye turned into goggles (funny), I took the goggles off and I saw myself (as I thought) laying down, it really didn't look me and at one point I wasn't laying upright but to my side, then at one point I looked again then I was laying upright. I was out standing what looked like my living room. I decided to walk out the front door, I said to myself I could walk thought it since I am on an OBE, but I couldn't, I opened the door manually, went out the hall and started to walk downstairs, met up with a neighbor, he looked at me strangely and kept going.
I looked outside the hallway window and saw a beautiful town, hilly with beautiful homes and large ponds. I decided to fly out the window and did, I started to fly and I was going over a large pond, I looked to my right and saw what looked like a prom going on, girls and boys dressed very nicely the girls in gowns and the boys in suits. I looked to my left and saw a girl and boy dancing just above the water. I was losing momentum in my flying and before I hit the water I decided to come back or wake up.
This was a lucid dream not an OBE, a very elaborate one at that.

(13) Update: Startling news on the about me section on my journal
It turns out the East Indian man and the woman behind him were in fact apparitions that have not crossed over to the other side. The East Indian man was projecting thoughts into my mind making me think that he was my main spirit guide. He is considered to be a false spirit guide. My main guide is in fact female and her name is Louise.
I came to this conclusion after one day I sat down and I asked myself "why did my guide have a woman behind him when I first saw him when I was having an Out of The Body Experience (OBE)", "who is she" I said to myself, then it hit me like a ton of bricks. They are spirits that haven't crossed over. When I came across them I was projecting and my apartment looked very dirty. I saw them and they saw me and this is when the male was attracted to me because I noticed them and stayed in my apartment. I wasn't able to see them in physical life until my gifts became stronger.
The male is very angry and was jealous of me and projected bad thoughts into my mind, he taunted me in a way and came into my dreams. The woman that was with him was like his hostage and wouldn't let her cross over, she seemed very afraid and stayed close to him.
When I came to this realization I was on my coach reading and then my third eye started to activate, then the woman started to come in more clearly when before I only saw him, thinking that it was my guide in another area of the apartment. He kept her out of the way so I wouldn't see her and give him away. I said to them "I know now who you both are and I know what you have been doing to me", it was all clear to me now because of my clairvoyance.
I told him that I forgive him and I will help them both cross over. I read James Van Praaghs book Heaven and Earth when he helped two apparitions cross over to the other side, so I decided to do the same. I told them not to be afraid that they can be free and move on, that they weren't stuck here. I projected a huge white light bubble in front of them with my mind and told them go on, you can go home to your family and friends, they are waiting for you.
They both were hesitant and I kept telling them the same thing. The woman became strong and walked into the white light bubble and she was gone. The male didn't want to go so I told him "do you want to stay here alone for eternity, she is gone now", I felt that he began to weep because I sensed that he was very scared, he must have done things in his life that weren't very good and was afraid of judgment. I kept talking to him then finally he walked in the white light bubble and was gone, I was very emotional and I sensed that my guides were proud of me, was this a test.

(12) Spirit guide in disguise
Last night I went to bed as usual. I said to myself that I will try to have an Out of the Body Experience (OBE) tonight but if I feel that my restless leg syndrome starts up in the slightest I will move around and turn to stop it and go to sleep instead. This was the case but I had a plan. I noticed on my last OBE that I unknowingly did Dr. Albert Taylors technique called the "pre-flight technique" where you would get up during the night and stay up for about an hour to an hour and a half. During this time you can't eat anything but you can drink water. So I got up at 4:30 a.m., read a book and at about 6:45 a.m. I decided it was time.
I got into bed and I did Dr. Taylor's technique of laying in the "Earth position", where I will lay face up with my arms to my side. I started to meditate and I breathed in through my nose and out through my mouth in a rhythm, getting totally relaxed. I couldn't get sleepy so I turned to my side and said to myself "fine I will get sleepy this way and when I do get sleepy I will immediately go back to the earth position". This is what happened, so I started to OBE but I forgot to tell myself to float up, float up, I started to get out on my own, which didn't work and I came back to myself. Why does one forget to do things when an OBE starts, it must be the excitement.
So I tried again, and got out. I was standing in my bedroom. Then as I was about to fly out the window a friend of mine appeared. An old ex co-worker of mine named Isabella. She said hello Freddie and I said hello back. I asked "what are you doing here", I forgot that I was in the astral plain and didn't realize that she wasn't Isabella. She asked me "what are you doing with yourself", I told her well I am taking care of my 90 year old mother and freelancing at the moment, and that I produced two cooking DVD's and selling them. I began by telling her of my gifts of clairvoyance and clairsentience.
Then she told me "you should think more about your future and become more serious about it". Then I realized that she wasn't Isabella, dumb me. I looked at her and asked her "who are you really". She looked at me and smiled because she new that I had detected her. She was my one of two spirit guides I have (one male (main) and one female), not my main guide but my female guide. She is here to help me in my career and or money issues, now I know.
I see her sitting in my living room with my male guide, and they are right there as I type this. I felt that this was an opportunity for me to ask her her name. I said "quickly please tell me your name" because I was excited and could come back to myself any second, she began to talk but it was gibberish, and it was done intentionally, its not time for me to know their names yet. I got a bit upset and I told her "but I can't understand you, say it clearly please", again gibberish. Then I came back to myself.
As a person advances with their gifts more guides and Angels appear to give guidance in a lot of areas. Last night I was watching "Medium" and the only reason I watch that show is because they are real stories by a true psychic medium called Alison Dubois, I am reading one of her books right now. I am advancing very quickly in my clairvoyance because I knew what was going to happen before it happened on the show and this is how I detected my female guide, my intuition, it came to me.

(11) A trip to I don't know where
I am so excited about this because I have been having a problem in initiating an Out of the Body Experience (OBE) because of my Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) problem. I know Karen would be very happy to read this because she has been there helping me through this since I told her about it, thank you Karen.
I have been online to read up on how I can get a restful sleep and some of you might be very interested on this. I read that staring at television or computers for a long time during the evening can hinder your chances of falling asleep right away because television and computer monitors send some signals to your brain that inhibit sleep. I also read up on foods or liquids that promote sleepiness. I bought a box of caffeine free chamomile tea because it calms the nerves and promotes sleep, I was set.
The first night I turned off my television and computer two hours before I went to bed had a cup of the tea and I started to read till about midnight. I went to bed and fell asleep immediately. I slept the whole night and I didn't have a bout with RLS, I was happy. Last night on Friday I went to bed and said to myself maybe I will have an OBE, I didn't but I couldn't sleep and got up at about 5 am, made myself a cup of coffee and sat down and read. At about 7 am I decided to go back to bed and so I did.
Suddenly I start to have an OBE, I became lucid immediately, but I was having a hard time getting out, then I came back to myself and I noticed that I had my arm across my face, this was the reason I couldn't get out. Then I did what Dr. Albert Taylor does which he calls the earth laying position, I lay down with my head not too high up and placed my arms on the side. I began to relax and meditate, my RLS didn't occur, thank God. Then suddenly I start to OBE again, this time mentally I said to myself float up, float up, I started to float up, then stand on floor, stand on floor, then I stood on the floor. Next it was so exciting and emotional for me because I didn't have an OBE in about three months because of the RLS. I have experienced OBE since I was a child and it is a part of me, so it felt like I was missing a limb, I wasn't myself.
Okay so I am here now and I said its a beautiful sunny day, then I flew out the window and I was flying around happy as can be. I decided to land and I landed on this busy street, I noticed that I wasn't wearing any pants, so I thought pants and I got pants, I felt embarrassed and laughed. I started to walk around, I realized that I was on a higher astral plain, thank God after not having an OBE after three months I am glad I didn't end up at a lower level. The people were very busy, working, selling food and items. It was a beautiful city and clean and modern. I didn't get a chance to talk to anyone, I was just sight seeing. I looked up at one point and saw a city in the sky far far up. I decided to fly there but I couldn't take flight because I was starting to chime out (starting to come back to my physical body). I tried to clear myself up but I couldn't and slowly came back, but before I came back I heard this person singing, with a beautiful voice and music, sounded a bit like Barbara Streisand, but wasn't. If I new musical notes I would be rich right now, I wonder if we have heard music here on Earth from the astral plains. If some musical artists go to these astral plains and copy or get musical inspiration from there, ever wonder that? This made me think about that being possible.
I am happy I am over this and back to my old self.

(10) My new psychic friend.
There is a woman in my building and I have always felt drawn to her. Friday I was walking into my building and she was walking out, I suddenly felt the urge to grab her arm. The woman is very psychic, I picked it up on her. I started to pick up on the spirits that are around her, it was a flood of spirits and I picked up on one, her aunt, I told her her aunts name, and she realized that I was like her, because I was right. Annie smiled with me and she realized that I was very psychic like she is. These spirits are very concerned about Annie I felt and didn't know why yet.
Her background is from India born here in US. We had to sit and talk so she invited me to her apartment. I always noticed something about her like she was on cloud nine or something. She was being flooded with spirits and she needed to be grounded to have more control. When I walked into her apartment and sat down, it hit me, there was a lot of negativity in her apartment, I felt like i was being suffocated, I immediately started to protect myself. I had to ask her for glass of water. She asked me if I was ok, I told her "no", I explained to her that there is something very wrong here. I asked her if when she is lying down "does she feel something trying to grab her astral legs out of her bed" her answer was "YES" I do. This thing is fresh and wicked and is a sexual dirty entity. It didn't want me there, it was making feel like I wanted to leave because I detected it and saw it in my mind.
I told her that there is a low level entity here in her apartment and it has been with her for a very long time, it was use to her and very hard to get rid of. No wonder she always looked to me like she was on cloud nine, this entity was controlling her and draining her of her energy. Saturday morning I went to her apartment again and we went through the whole apartment cleaning it with sage, prayer and sea salt, before we started I asked her to open the main door to her apartment and she did. We started the cleaning from her bedroom burning the sage and I was saying the prayer, when we got to the main door, we drove it out and shut the door and said you are not welcome in here, go back to that hole you came from in the name of God.
After we finished she felt like a ton of negativity has been released from her. She told me "I feel so clear now", I told her yes, but that she has to keep protecting herself because this thing is use to her and it won't give up, but eventually it will lose power and dissipate because it won't be able to siphon her energy anymore and disappear. I was supposed to help Annie, that is why I detected her and detected this entity. The apartment is clear now and now I don't feel the way I did when I first went in there.
Before this happened I spoke my guide and said "I wish I can find a psychic that I can study with, that lives near by", here she is its Annie. I was suppose to find her and I did. Now I am giving her books to read and helping her to stay protected. She is a very strong psychic but this entity was blocking her from detecting it. We psychics are fortunate to have the ability to detect these entities. There are millions of people out there that have these entity attachments that don't know it.
